Squeezing process
The function of the squeezing process is mainly to crush the sugarcane entering the factory with a tearing machine, and then send it to the squeezing machine through the sugarcane conveyor belt to squeeze the sugarcane juice out of the sugarcane, and the squeezed sugarcane juice is filtered through a tumbling sieve After the slag is pumped to the clarification process.



2. Clarification and evaporation process

The function of this process: heating and neutralizing the squeezed sugarcane juice (addition of sulfur dioxide + calcium oxide), precipitation treatment in the sedimentation tank to obtain the clear juice, and then the clear juice enters the evaporation tank to evaporate and concentrate into a 60-70 hammer syrup. Pump to cook sugar.



Third, the sugar cooking process

The function of the sugar boiling process is mainly to further concentrate and crystallize the syrup pumped up in the clarification process into a massecuite with a hammer degree of about 95, and then discharge it into the crystallizer box to aliquot the honey and sieve the sugar. The main equipment is a sugar cooker and a crystal aid box. In order to recover more sugars, generally three-stage boiled sugar is used. Methyl sugar is used as finished white granulated sugar, ethyl sugar is used as methyl sugar seeds, and triose is used as ethyl sugar seeds or dissolved to make methyl sugar raw materials.



Fourth, the honeycomb process

The function of the honey separation process is mainly to separate the granules in the massecuite from the liquid sieve through the high-speed rotation of the sugar extractor. The obtained particles are white sugar, and the sifted white sugar is sent to the dryer. Dry to reduce moisture, and then pass through a sieving machine to screen out white granulated sugar with a certain granularity as the finished product to pack.




5. Packing process

The packaging process is relatively simple, that is, the white granulated sugar sent from the honey separation process is sieved and packed into a sugar bag with a packaging scale to become a finished white granulated sugar into the warehouse. The current packaging specification is generally 50KG a bag, and there is also a small amount of sugar. The factory fills tons of bags.
