2. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM order?
A: Yes, our R&D team of nearly 100 staff can provide various OEM/ODM services.
3. Q: What is the production lead time?
A: Mechanical Lock: 35-50 days; Smart Lock: 35-45 days; Furniture Handles & etc.: 30-40 days;
(If any product is available in stock, it takes only 7 days to prepare)
4. Q: Is it sample free?
A: Sample could be free of charge while the shipping cost will be undertaken by buyer.
5. Q: How is your after-sales service?
A: Archie team will help buyer solve problem. If any replacement of spare parts within warranty will be free of charge except shipping cost; If any replacement after warranty period, Archie will charge the basic cost.
