Functioning and steps in 60-80 ton per full automatic commercial rice mill plant
1. paddy cleaner clean the paddy
2. de-stoner:remove the small stone from paddy.
3. husker: remove husk from paddy.
4. separator: Separate husk from brown rice/ unhusked rice.
5. rice mill: produce brown rice to white rice
6. rice polisher: to obtain a bright and clear appearance rice and improve the storage performance and commercial value of rice.
7. grader: remove broken rice from well rice.
8. color sorter: The rice we get from above steps still have some bad rice, broken rice or some other grains or stones, so here we use color sorting machine to select the bad rice and other grains. Color sorting machine is an important machine to ensure we can get high quality rice.
9.packing machine, can pack rice into different size of bag like 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg etc
