Carbon Steel Airflow Circular Vibrating Sieve abandon gravity working principle,adopts the working principle of the kinetic energy to do works,with the air ascarrier.Mixing the materials and air through the negative pressure airflow , put them intothe vane of the sieve motor, impose the laef, then spray out of the screen to the bucket type screen mesh,finally collect them through the volute.The oversize materials could not pass the screen mesh,automatically discharge them from outlets, so as to achieve the purpose of the rapid screening.

Working Principle
The fine powder material enters the feed port through the feed hopper, immediately diffuses and mixes with the air to form a mist, and the material is sprayed through the net in the form of a cyclone by the action of the rotating wind wheel, and the fine powder passing through the screen is conveyed into or directly by vibration After falling into the negative pressure circulation air channel, under the action of the induced draft fan, all the gas and fine powder enter the sedimentation chamber. After the fine powder is settled, it is discharged by the lower discharge auger. Most of the gas with a small amount of dust enters the dust removal bag. After purification, it is discharged from the bag, and there is a small part, which enters the circular circulation air channel under the screen body through the return air pipe, and then enters the settling chamber through the induced draft fan for secondary separation.
