Q2: What are files you need for quote?

A2: It's better to offer 3D files, like STP, STL, IGS, PARASOLID, etc. iF NOT, 2D file is also ok with detail requests.

Q3: What is the quality Control before shipping?

A3: We have own QC system to control quality. Besides, the third part inspection is also welcomed.

Q4: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A4: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but the freight be paid by customer.
