The continuous mixer is composed of a casing, a rotating shaft, a stirrer, a reducer, and an upper cover. One side of the casing can be equipped with a quick-opening door for maintenance. The blade and the shaft are connected with bolts and nuts, and the blade angle is adjustable. The material enters the mixer through the feed port, auxiliary materials or additives through the auxiliary material port. The motor drives the mixer to run. The blades on the shaft turn and throw the materials. The reverse blade and the forward blade make the material form a certain convection, and the final blade The spiral formed by the leaves conveys the material to the outlet while the material is tossed, convectioned, and thrown in the machine. It is fully mixed under various actions, which not only satisfies the material mixing, but also continuously works.
