RMA procedures: 

1. Make sure the goods are in the above warranty scope, and within warranty.

2. Transfer all your data to other storage devices.

3. Tell the defective product details to our sales representative.

4. After-sale representative’s confirmation, you will receive an RMA sheet with RMA number. 

5. Return goods to our company.
