The coating oval gear flow meter is a kind of micro flow meter.It's min flow is 0.5ml/min.

We focus on micro flow industry(liquid and gas).It used for oil hydraulic oil,water,glue.etc...The oval gear flow meter material is stainless steel 316L and Aluminium for different applications.Cooperate with DC8S display instrument to get a dosing system(also with digital display and alarm).

INSTALLATIONS                                                                                                         

For the furnace oil flow meter,The good performance based on the best installation and technical setting.So plz check the details careful Tks...

1. Plz make sure no dust into the flowmeter before install it;Installa the filter on the upstream and clean the tube...


2. Suggest you install a passby value between the inlet and outlet,Parallel to the flow meter;It can help us to clean the tube.


3. It should be noted to install the draft at horizontally,and for micro flow meter,the best installation is flow from bottom to up.


4. The medium flow direction should same as the sign on the flowmeter body.
