Product Description

Ventilated Pneumatic Clutch consists of steel ring, coupling fiange, pneumatic air tube, release spring, slipper, friction lining, torsion bar, side panel, air cock fiexed ring.

Industry Applications: Grinding Mills, Marine Propulsion, Metal Forming, Drilling Equipment, Pulp and Paper Machinery.

Ventilated Pneumatic Clutch made in China.It is widely used in China and partly used abroad.

The Ventilated Pneumatic Clutch can be dismantled on the shaft to gain access to its component parts. All parts are available as replacement parts.

Ventilated Construction

1.Pneumatic tire clutch can be divided into radial type and axial type according to the installation position of pneumatic tire and friction plate. Among them, the radial pneumatic tire can be configured into a single exhaust tire and a double exhaust tire.

2.The tire expands when it is filled with Compressed air, and the air pressure is evenly distributed over the Friction Pad Assembly, which is then pushed to hold the drum on the driven shaft. The friction tile assembly is riveted by aluminum backing plate and friction plate, and is guided by a Torque bar fixed on the side plate.

Ventilated pneumatic clutch is a kind of pneumatic clutch with excellent performance developed on the basis of common pneumatic clutch. It has good ventilation and heat dissipation, the pneumatic tire does not bear torque, and it is stable to hang and detach, thus it has higher working performance and service life than the common type.

The pneumatic tire expands when charged with compressed air, and the air pressure is evenly distributed on the friction shoe assembly, thereby pushing the friction shoe assembly to hug the drum mounted on the driven shaft.

The friction shoe assembly is formed by riveting an aluminum backing plate and friction plates, and is guided by a torque rod fixed on the side plate.
The torque is output from the reducer, transmitted to the active part of the pneumatic tire clutch through the driving hub, and then the pneumatic tire is inflated to push the friction shoe assembly, and the power is transmitted to the driven drum.
