A3: Free sample policy. We will refund sample fee after our customer placing MOQ order to us.

A4: We will provide photos before shipping. When our customer receive product damage during shipping. Our customer has right to
refuse the product and take photo of damage product. We will ask express company paying for this.
Any damage or broken when product fair use, we will send free on next order.
