Silo is the beginning of main feed line.There is a feed sesnor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and
off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Option 2-Manpower hopper:
Manpower hopper use the hot dip galvanized sheet material, with capacity 600kg, 800kg, 1200kg. Will keep
chicken feed fresh. For the chicken farm only one or two chicken shed, they use manpower hopper.
2.Feeding system:
The feeding system for broiler growing was designed to meet very high standards – based on feed distribution
(ad libitum or controlled feeding) and age of the birds. The system satisfies the needs of day-olds as well as
those of heavy birds. Easy access to the feed and avoidance of feed wastage are of great importance. The
curved inner rim of both pans minimises feed wastage and guarantees excellent feed conversion.
3.Drinking system:
The Double sealed Nipple is ideally suited for growing broilers up to a live weight of about 3 kg. With its high
flow rate, it provides sufficient water supply also for heavier broilers, even on hot days.
The single-arm drip cup keeps the litter dry.
Water square pipe with nipples and Aluminium frame with round pipe watering system are optional.
4.Ventilation system:
The main parts of ventilation system is the 50“ Exhuast fan and side fan. They are controlled by the control
system. The NO. of the fans to run was decided by the temperature of the poultry house.About 200m2 need
1 big fan and 15-20m need a 36" side fan, this is the standard to design the quantity of fans in chicken house.
50" Exhaust fan, 50" butterfuly cone fan, 36"Side fan can be offered by us.
We can help you design the ventilation fan quantity accordingly.
5.Cooling pad system:
If outside temperatures exceed 30°C, i.e. the wind chill effect caused by the air speed may not be sufficient to cool the birds, Cooling pad system is the system of choice. It is based on the evaporation effect. High temperatures with low relative air humidity provide the best conditions for evaporative cooling. Cooling pad is an economic cooling system with minimum water consumption thanks to its water recirculation system. Aluminium frame pads ensure a long service life.
6.Environment control system:
These climate controllers, developed by Isreal Agrologic, are ideally suited for poultry houses in hot climates. One of their main characteristic is their easy and clear functioning. The controllers are also simple to install and to put into operation. Image II is a computer for fully automatic control of climate and production. All controllers are perfect for
use in broiler, layer and breeder houses.
7.Spraying system:
The fogging system is the effectively tools for cooling damping, dedusting and disinfecting the chicken house.
8.Heating system:
Optimum temperatures right from the start have a decisive influence on further growth, health and performance of the birds. Gas brooders and fuel oil heaters,gas space heater can create ideal conditions in your house. The heat generated is 100 % beneficial to the birds. We can offer you a wide range of heaters with outputs from 5 to 120 kW for every house size.
