The working mechanism of the steel bar bending machine is a horizontal working disc rotating on the vertical axis. The steel bar is placed in the dotted line position in the figure. The supporting pin is fixed on the machine tool. The central pin and bending pin are installed on the working disc. When the disc rotates, the steel bar will be bent. In order to bend the steel bars of various diameters, there are several holes in the working plate for inserting and pressing the bending pin shaft, and the center pin shaft of different diameters can be replaced accordingly.
Characteristic
1、 Check whether the mechanical performance is good, and keep the worktable and bending machine table level; and prepare various mandrel tool blocks.
2、 According to the diameter of the steel bar and the requirements of the bending machine, install the mandrel, forming shaft, iron retaining shaft or variable retaining frame. The diameter of the mandrel shall be 2.5 times of the diameter of the steel bar.
3、 Check that the mandrel, stop and turntable are free of damage and cracks, the protective cover is tight and reliable, and the operation can be started only after the empty machine runs normally.
