1. Q: Where is your company located in? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Poland. Welcome to your visit.
2. Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?
A: Yes, we could supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample and freight.
If you are located in europe, about 3 to 5 days after receive your payment.
3. Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Usually, for a sample order or a small quantity order delivered from our warehouse in Poland, we have no MOQ request
Usually, for an order direct from our factory in China, we request for a normal order by 1X20' container to start. The models and colors can be mixed in this containers. Usually, we request MOQ per model/color: 40pcs.
4. Q: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Yes, your customized requirements for parts accessories, color, logo, design, package, carton mark, your language manual etc. are welcome.
5. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.
6. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: For our in stock model and europe customers, our delivery time is 3 to 5 days after receiving your payment.
It will take about 30-45 days to finish an OEM order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.
7. Q: What is the payment terms?
A: We accept 30% payment by T/T in advance and 70% balance payment by T/T before shipping
