H-7020 is a one-component thermosetting paint.
H-7020 is a one-component thermosetting paint that provides excellent heat dissipation when applied.
It has excellent adhesion to metals, and also has anti-corrosion properties.
With its high heat dissipation properties, it can reduce damage to parts caused by heat and extend product life.
Small trial samples are also available, so please inquire.

Large-scale lighting for stadiums and street lighting, large motors for EVs, high-output module components

(5) How to use
Please be sure to stir the product before use, as the contents may settle.
The diluent contains xylene, so please use with caution in case of fire.
Please use a painting booth and pay attention to ventilation.
Wear protective goggles, protective gloves, and a gas mask when painting.
1. Stir the settled material thoroughly.
2. Dilute with xylene to a viscosity that is easy to work with (recommended conditions: 30-40g xylene per 100g paint).
3. Spray paint the substrate (recommended thickness: 20-40 μm).
4. Allow the xylene to dry naturally (recommended dry time: 5-10 minutes).
5. Cure the coating film in a heating and drying oven (recommended curing conditions: 160°C x 20 minutes).
