What’s your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is differ to different types of products. We can offer one piece for sample test and also can do tailer orders as per your demand. MOQ varies from different types of products, please consult with enquiry or contact our TradeManager.
How long can I expect to get the sample? How many days? Is there any charge?
Please send us the model number of item, normally it takes 3 to one week to get samples depends on whether we have stock. We will charge the sample cost and return you once the order place. We will help to find a good express delivery cost for you to save the budget. Usually it takes 5-2weeks for aboard delivery by express, depends on which way you choose for economical or priority, and different a little bit by DHL,UPS, Fedex, TNT…
Can you do customize and print logo？
We can do customize and are able to make your design to the reality. As long as you provide the design or idea. We have ability of OEM and ODM, the professional designer team to support you and work for your satisfaction. Regarding the logo, please specify the color, and where is the position of logo. We can do either silk screen printing,
debossed/embossed or laser printing for you.
How much of my own design?
We can do OEM for your products, if it needs to open mould, we will discuss with you about Molding cost, we have our own mould technician and mould workshop, which supply the best quality mould but best price for moulding. For precise mould price, we need to see your design, and combine with your order qties to see how big and how many cavities needs for moulds. If it is mold for silicone products, it takes about 2 weeks for sample mold. 15 to 30 days for mass production depends on the order qties.
Are they meet to food grade standard? Passed iodine and other heavy metal content test? Any relevant test report? How much? How long? If we want to do the test?
Products reach to EU standard testing, and we could do NSF, LFGB according to your requirements.
We offering raw material test report. Also, assisting you any further test required, but testing fee on customer charges, it
charges for 3rd party and you can define the 3rd party you rely on.
