OUR ADVANTAGES
1. The oxygen barrier layer of EVOH effectively blocks the penetration of oxygen into the pipeline. This layer
prevents dirt contaminants from entering the system while not allowing the growth of bacteria, ensuring
the purity of water long after installation.
2. The anti-diffusion layer is applied according to DIN 4726, minimizing oxygen permeability to less than
0.1g/m^3. This layer prevents oxygen penetration which in turn helps to avoid corrosion of metal elements
in the heating system and significantly prolongs the overall service life.

One Plus pipes are made of cross-linked PEX-a polyethylene in accordance with EN ISO 15875 and AS/NZS
2492. PEX-a EVOH pipe has an anti-diffusion layer against the penetration of oxygen, to prevent corrosion

Our facilities use Battenfeld, KraussMaffei, Cincinnati and German IPT brand manufacturing equipment and work with material suppliers such as LG Chem, Total and Basel.PEX system is second to none. Our size capabilities range from 16mm up to 63mm in black, titanium, red, blue and lilac colors with the option of EVOH Oxygen barrier as well. Our PEX-a connects easily with a ring and an expansion tool to both PPSU fittings and Brass.
