2. Can I ask for samples before placing an order? 

RE: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable 

3. How do you ship my cargoes and how long does it take to deliver? 

RE: We usually ship your cargoes by express. And it usually takes 1-3 days if you buy our regular products with regular QTY. If you buy the customized products,it needs 7-10days. Please be patient, we will track the latest delivery information and inform you. 

4. What need I do if I want to print my own logo? 

RE: First, please send us your logo file in high resolution. We will make some drafts for your reference to confirm the position and size of your logo. Next we will make 1-2 samples for you to check the actual effect. Finally the formal production will start after the sample confirmed. 

5. Do you accept ODM order? 

RE:Yes, we do. If you have design of artwork for us, we can make a mould to produce your product.
If you don't have artwork, we can talk the details together and how to make it more better. 

6. Can you ship the goods to my agent or shipping forwarder in China ?
Re: Yes, we can, pls kindly contact with your agent in advance and send us the detailed address 

7. Can you ship my goods to Amazon FBA warehouse ?
Re: Yes, we can, pls send us the SKU label and Amazon outside carton label. 

8. How can you slove the problem if we receive the defective goods? 

Re:We will check all the products before delivery,
Pls kindly provide the pictures or video, We will send you the replacement for free. 

9. How to guarantee after sale?
RE:We supply 12 months products warranty. If the item was found with defective during warranty, you can contact us immediately, we would like to help you solve the problem in the first place, products will be ready repair or new one placement for you.
