1. One year warranty, free replacement for defective items at our cost.
2. Every Piece of WYX battery packs and chargers is manufactured to strict standards, and engineered to be well compatible with
tools or chargers.
3. Every piece of our products is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory and is warranted to be free of
defects from workmanship and materials for the period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase.
4. Should any trouble develop during the one-year period, and inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or
material, we will replace (or refund, at buyer's option) without charge.
5. But we shall not be liable to take the responsibility for any problems caused by misused or subjected to neglect, improper or
inadequate care or carelessness (such as being dropped), or abnormal usage conditions
6. To claim for this warranty, please kindly show proof pictures or videos for us for a further examination.
