The glass greenhouse uses glass as the enclosure, special aluminum alloy profile as the frame, and galvanized steel frame as the main body. Usually, the top is covered with tempered glass or polycarbonate sheet, which has high heat preservation and ensures light transmittance.
Glass greenhouse has the characteristics of quick installation and good heat dissipation. The price is more favorable, the appearance is more beautiful, its lifetime is more than 20 years, so it is the first choice for commercial hydroponics and usually used as exhibition.
Greenhouse System
Material standards: The main frame design conforms to the "GB 50017-2003 Steel Structure Design Code", the steel material conforms to the "GB700-88 Carbon Structural Steel", and the steel and accessories must conform to the "GB/T13912-2002 Metal Cover-Steel Product Thermal Technical Requirements for Galvanized Layer "Hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion, smooth and flat surface, thickness of galvanized layer ≥40µm;
All arround insulated glass: the thermal conductivity k value is less than 3.0w/m2k;
Sound insulation performance: can reduce the incoming external noise by 27-53 decibels;
Frost resistance: the dew point on the glass can reach -40 degrees Celsius;
Sealing performance: not easy to enter dust;
Stable performance: not easy to break, wind pressure resistance, long service life;
Glass installation parts: aluminum alloy profile inlay device, sealing device, domestic high-quality self-tapping nails.
3. Shading System
Outside shading material: black round-wire sunshade net, installed and fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams. It can reduce the internal temperature and avoid damages to plants caused by intense sunlight.
Inside shading material: aluminum sunshade net, shading 75%, other shade rate can be customized, installed in the greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams. It can reduce the internal temperature by cutting off excess solar radiation.
Top ventilation: All the middle spans have two electric roll up motors and both of side spans have one electric roll up motor.
Side ventilation: Both sides have two electric roll up motors.
Each motor is 60w with climber and cable film fixed parts, rolling up 60m plastic film.
