Patented spiral feed structure (patent number: ZL201220271771.0) | The spiral feeding pipe cavity (as shown in the middle picture) will lead fluid to move downward spirally, with small feeding resistance and large slurry capacity. The research on flow field (as shown in the right picture) shows that the particles will re-align when rotating three quarters circle in the feeding pipe cavity, which means the spiral feeding chamber has pre-classifying function, at this moment the coarse particles will be closer to the outside while the fine particles will be closer to the inside, thus both the classifying precision and classifying efficiency can be improved. |
Rationality and Reliability of Cyclone Cluster Design
The cyclone cluster is designed in reasonable structure, radial arrangement, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The double-feed ore slurry distributor is uniformed with equal distribution and equal pressure, and the slope of the underflow launder is designed according to the value of the underflow mineral concentration flow, so as to ensure no accumulation. The cyclone is installed vertically and the spacing is reserved for later maintenance and repair. The high reliable pneumatic valves adopt the independent electromagnetic valve body pneumatic control unit.
Packing&Shipping
Packed by non-fumigation ply-wood case
After completing the factory acceptance test, the equipment will be dismantled into big assembled pieces. We’ll use the non-fumigation plywood case for full packing, and arrange delivery to the project site. All the packing cases are marked with weight, and set lifting point in the required position. Document like the case list, detailed packing list, storage instructions etc will be provided. There will also be markings indicate the oversized and overweight pieces.
