Q1: What is your Moq? Could I mix different parts to achieve your Moq?

For standard products, moq 200pcs;

For custom products, moq 500-1,000pcs;

For custom packaging, moq 1,000pcs, we could keep extra packaging for future orders

For mix parts to achieve Moq, please send your detail requirement with qty. We will check our inventory and do the best we can.

 

Q2: How do I get sample? Can I have sample with my Logo on it?

Let us know which samples you want, and we will send you by air. Cost for air freight is usually around $35.

We could offer sample with custom Logo on bamboo products with no additional charge. For custom Logo on packaging, pattern fee would be required.

 

Q3:Is all of the packaging used recyclable?

All of our packages are recyclable, we ensure there is no plastic packaging.

 

Q4: What is your payment terms?

For order less than $5,000 US Dollar, payment 100% in advance

For order more than $5,000 US Dollar, we accept payment 30% in advance, and 70% before delivery

 

Q5: How do you handle shipping?

For shipment less than 200KGS, we recommend air freight. We have good discount with FedEx, TNT and DHL.

For large shipment, we could arrange ocean shipment to your nearest port, or to your door.

We take care of all shipping and import clearance for you you.

 

Q6: What if the product I receive is defective?

Bamboo products are all natural, we will 100% test and pick out bad ones. If you receive defective products, please send pictures and we will refund, or replace at our shipping cost.

 

Q7: Are your bamboo products 100% biodegradable? Can you guarantee no chemicals have been used in production and the products are non hazardous?

We promise all our bamboo parts are made of 100% natural bamboo, no chemical used.
