BOXIN TECHNOLOGY ADVANTAGES
1. Boxin ultra-thick spindle blade design increases the stability of the machine operation and is more in line with customers' increasing demand for machine quality.2. The shaft is a heavy duty paddle type design with knife cover plates to protect the blades when processing abrasive applications. The blades are adjusted outside of the machine, cutter can be adjusted independently ,also can be sharpened with repeated use.
3.Shaft made of special material processing like SKD-11 ,9 SiCr , its hard to deformed.
4.The screen plate is processed with high strength material. It can be installed easily with hydraulic system and changed
conveniently.
5.The base frame has a solid welded construction with anti-vibration rubber feet to reduce vibration and noise.
6.Specially designed hopper with curtains to prevent material flybacks. Integrated rundown safety device prevents access to the rotor until it has come to a complete stop. A safety switch prevent machine startup when the front panel is open and the machine features emergency stop buttons on the machine body and control panel.
