Product description

Huanchuang high-speed pulverizer can meet the needs of fertilizer recovery in more industries. The crushing particle range is 5-60mm. It uses Siemens programming control system and can be automatically controlled with start-up, stop and domestic garbage treatment.Reverse and overload control functions to protect the machine from overload and blockage.

Structural characteristics

 1. R-type rotor

It is suitable for crushing harder pipes, thick-walled objects, thick sheets and other materials.

2. V-type rotor

The cutter roll with this structure is suitable for crushing PET bottle, general pipe, film and other materials.

3. S-type rotor

The cutter roll with this structure is suitable for crushing extremely hard materials, such as rubber head, thick wall pipe, thick plate, wire and cable, and RDF (20-30mm) fine crushing of domestic waste.

4. K-type rotor

This type of structure cutter roll is suitable for secondary crushing for fine treatment of any material except metal.
