The power roller sprocket transmission module mainly transmits food packaging boxes, and the conveying port is equipped with a sensor device, a packaging box correction device, and the transmission speed can be adjusted according to needs.
The water atomization module sterilizes the food packaging box. The atomization amount can be adjusted according to demand. 16 atomizing nozzles are installed inside to achieve all-round disinfection on six sides.
The heating module of the sprinkler system heats the atomization module to avoid freezing of the atomization nozzle and unable to work due to the low temperature of the cold storage in the cold chain food industry. The control module mainly controls the entire system and runs as required.
Working Principle
The disinfectant is atomized by polymer and transported to the atomization module. When the box passes through the atomization module, the whole body is covered by the atomized disinfectant to achieve all-round disinfection.
A sensing device is installed at the entrance to sense the packing box into the atomization module and open the spray at the same time to reduce the waste of disinfectant.
In the cold chain industry, the spray system can be installed with a spray system heating module, and the atomizing nozzle in the atomizing module is always heated to make its working temperature higher than 0 degrees to avoid icing damage.
The bottom is equipped with a waste liquid receiving pan, which has valves and joints to meet different methods of waste liquid treatment.
