Q1: What’s the MOQ and leading time?
A: Normally our MOQ is 10 sets. For the bulk orders, the leading time will be depend on the order quantities and requirements; We will try our best to send the products to you ASAP.

Q2: What‘s the payment terms you accept?
A: We accept Alibaba Trade Assurance, Paypal, Western Union and T/T.
For small order, need to pay fully. For big order, need to pay 30% deposit first, and pay 70% before shipment.

Q3: How long do you offer for after-sales services?
A: Warranty time is 12 months from the shipping date.

Q4: How about the shipping way?
A: We do provide international Express door-to-door(DHL, UPS, Fedex) and Airline. You can choose the shipping way you prefer, and different shipping way different shipping cost.

Q5: Can you do ODM/OEM orders?
A: Yes, we can help you customize your logo on the product, package and manual. We also can help your OEM the product colors or shape. we are manufacturer with our own R&D team.

Q6: Can you do special packaging for us?
A: Yes, we can. But the extra packing fee should be added accordingly.

Q7: What certificates do you have for your product?
A: We have CE, ROHS, BQB, FCC, CCC and other current international standards.

Q8: How to get samples from you?
A: Sample order (less 10 sets) is welcome. We will charge sample fee and shipping cost, the sample fee will refund from bulk order next time.
