Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We are manufacturer and we can provide OEM service.
Q2: Can I get samples?
A2: Yes we can provide samples, but the client need pay the sample fees and express charge.
Q3: Is it possible to make our logo on the product?
A3: OEM is available, including color, logo, packing....And the minimum order quantity of OEM is 50 units.
Q4: Can I get any discount?
A4: The price is negotiable, we can offer you discount according to your order quantity.
Q5: When can I get the price?
A5: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry or send us an email.
Q6: What about delivery date?
A6: If we have free stocks of the item you need, it can be sent within 1 week after receiving deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.
If we don't have free stock, the delivery date can be different for different products. Generally speaking, it will take 30 to 40days.
Q7: What about shipping?
A7: We can ship products by LCL or containers for less cost, with neither your own assigned shipping agent, we have cooperative forwarder, I can give you a better price.
