Description of main parts of equipment
1. Foil roll-coil device
1) the device is composed of open coil head, gearbox, gear reducer, motor, rectifying actuator, press roll, etc. The main function of the device is to produce foil tension and foil rectifying.
2) the tension is an open-book create tension during winding or retreat, the manner, winding speed, tension is stepless given according to process requirements, the size of the tension adjustment convenient and accurate, foot switch control winding or back.
Rolling device (3) the whole through linear guide connection on the base, through the foil band edge detection photoelectric sensing device (the rack), high precision gear reducer and motor and ball screw foil with correction.
The rectifying method adopts the photoelectric detector, accurate and reliable, low failure rate and convenient maintenance.
2.nsulation and roll device
1) the device consists of a reel shaft and a motor clutch controller.

3. Welding equipment
1) the welding of foil and lead is adopted TIG welding, and the welding equipment is mainly composed of the following parts: jig, welding gun driving mechanism, welding gun adjustment mechanism, TIG welding machine, cooling water tank, etc.
2) the open pressure of the clamping part is realized by pneumatic, the welding gun can be adjusted up and down, and the welding gun is driven by frequency conversion motor, and the speed is not adjustable.

The welding table can move the Angle (60 degrees) so that the foil belt, especially the thicker foil, can be carried through the clamping part and adjust the welding Angle.
4. Cleaning device
On top and bottom felt plate holding foil bring remove foil with metal shavings, dust and other impurities, the mat plate under the action of a cylinder can be up or down, the clamping force can be adjusted through the pressure regulator.
When the upper plate is clamped tightly, the entire device can float with the foil band, and the whole foil belt can be automatically returned.
The felt plate body is fixed with screw respectively, but can be removed as a whole to replace the felt.
5. Shearing device
The device consists of a t-shaped screw cutter, a guide system and a pressing plate.
The cylinder presses the press plate to press the foil tightly, the cutter of the disc is driven by the motor along the linear guide rail movement, so as to cut the foil.
The whole device is rigid and oriented to ensure high shear quality.
6. Winding device
1) the device consists of winding motor, reducer, winding shaft, stern seat, roller, etc.
2) the winding motor adopts the motor frequency control, and the winding speed is controlled by the pedal switch without grade.
3) the roller adopts a double roll, which can fit into the circular and rectangular section coil, and the pressure can be adjusted through the pressure valve.
7. Control system
1) combined with the requirements and experience of multiple users, the new control software is designed, which is stable and reliable, and has a rich and flexible setting, which can meet the user's various technological requirements.
