The flexible Kapton polyimide film heater is a film with a certain thickness composed of a resistance element produced by etching a metal foil and a polyimide insulating layer, which has good flexibility. Compared with traditional electric heaters, polyimide flexible film heaters have shown strong advantages.

3. Shape: any size within the plane range (within the scope of production design, drawings provided if possible)
4. Temperature control method: Thermal protector, NTC, K-type thermocouple (specified by the user, NTC is generally recommended)
5. Application way:
Firstly, stick-on type.Put double-sided tape on the back of the heating film, and stick it directly to the heated object.
Secondly, mechanical type.This method is to leave a mounting hole on the heating film when designing the heating film, and use heat-conducting material and screws to fix the heating plate on the heated object.
Note: For customized samples, we need to charge a certain fee, bulk products are based on unit prices, please contact us for specific delivery dates!
