The specially designed Electrostatic powder coating spray machine does not need a powder hopper and has a vibrating trolley for uniform powder feeding , making it the best choice for fast color change applications.ONK-02 can directly suck powders from original powder carton which packed by powder supplier.The powder carton is placed on the cart and is fluidized by the vibration motor, what's more there is micro-fluidized unit at the powder suction pipe,all of which ensures powder conveying is smooth and constant, optimize the coating quality.Combined the 100KV spray gun technology, our system offers optimal method to achieve high transfer efficiency even for complex shapes.
