Q2: Can I get sample and how long will it take? Is the sample free?
A2: Yes.We can supply sample.Sample cost will be refunded when we get the order at least 1*20GP. Before that you need to pay for the sample charges and courier. we can send it out after 7 days receiving the payment.
Q3: Can I have my own customized product?
A3: Yes. We accept OEM design. Such for color, logo, design, package, carton mark,your language manual etc.
Q4: What's the MOQ?
A4: Our MOQ is one full container(can mix different products in one container). As we all know, Large quantities small cost.
Q5: What’s the payment terms?
A: By T/T 30% deposit payment in advance, the balance should be paid before shipment, L/C at sight.
