The factory is located in Shantou, an important port city along the southeast coast and a central city in eastern Guangdong. Q1: Do you offer OEM, ODM or OBM services?
A: Yes, we are good at OEM, ODM or OBM production, talk your requests to us please.
Q2: Can I place a small trial order?
A: Yes, you can choose our stock products with our own brand for trial order.
Q3: Can you send samples before we place order?
A: Yes, we provide customer with samples as requests, and sample fee can be refunded when you place order. Freight cost has to be paid by your side.
Q4: How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have on site inspection for each production process and also have finished product inspection.

A: Kindly note that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price. These charges shall be paid by customers. Kindly check with custom in your country to find out all related cost. If goods were returned or destroyed due to the failure of custom-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.

A: Yes, we can develop formula according to your sample and make mass production accordingly.

A: The payment term is 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
Q10: What is your lead time?
A: Lead time is about 7-45 days upon confirmation of samples and receipt of deposit. Specific lead time depends on items and quantity of your order.

A: Generally goods were packed in 5 layers export carton. We can also pack according to your requirements.

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.
