The high efficiency wet Granulation Machine Pharmaceutical is a new generation of wet mixing granulator developed by our company.
Based on the original granulator in the world, a large number of the latest technology is adopted. It has the characteristics of reasonable machine structure, convenient operation and perfect function.
Features of high speed mixing granulator:
1.the use of horizontal cylinder structure, reasonable structure;
2.pneumatic sealing drive shaft, can be changed into water when cleaning;
3.fluidized granulation, granulation is approximately spherical, good fluidity;
4.Compared with the traditional process, 25% less adhesive, shorten the drying time;
5.each batch of dry mixing 2 minutes, 1-4 minutes granulation, efficiency than the traditional process 4-5 times;
6.in the same closed container to complete, dry mixing - wet mixing - granulation, process reduction, in line with GMP standard;

Common methods and characteristics of high speed mixing granulator:
Granulation is usually wet granulation, one-step granulation and dry granulation.Pelletizing is the process of mixing raw material powder and adhesive into soft material, particle drying and so on.However, the soft material is traditionally made by using the trough mixing mechanism into soft material and then by the swing granule mechanism wet granule, but with the drying oven into dry granule, this method of low output, high intensity, serious pollution, long production cycle, equipment covers an area of large.Recently, it has been gradually replaced by the high-speed mixing granulator and the continuous production operation or one step granulator.
The functional requirements of the high speed mixing granulator:
1.Dry mixing of materials with stirring paddle and wet mixing after adding adhesive.According to the characteristics of materials and adhesives, the rotating speed of stirring paddle can ensure that the movement produces eddy current and the materials are fully mixed.At the same time, the pelletizing knife intersection area of the writhing material mass fully broken into particles;
