Gas Turbine Flowmeter
Turbine flowmeter integrates gas turbine flow sensor and flow totalizer.Its working principle is as follows: when the airflow enters the flow rate, it first passes through the special structure of the rectifier and accelerates. Under the action of the fluid, the turbine begins to rotate, overcoming the resistance moment and friction moment. When the torque reaches equilibrium, the speed is stable, the speed of the turbine is proportional to the gas flow rate, and the magnetic field is periodically changed by the magnet on the rotating signal panel, so that the pulse generator outputs the pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the flow rate, The microprocessor in the flow integrator counts the pulse signals and calculates the flow rate of the working condition, and accumulates the volume of the working condition at the same time . The flowmeter adopts micro power consumption design, internal and external power supply automatically switches work, lithium battery power supply can b e used for more than five years. The product is suitable for measuring and testing the volume flow and total amount of industrial gas and urban gas under working conditions. The main performance parameters of the products are in line with GB/T1894-2003/ISO9951 :1993 standard. The products carry out the national verification regulation JJG 1037-2008 "Turbine Flowmeter Inspection Regulation" and the enterprise standard Q/TX11-2010 "Gas Turbine Flowmeter".
