Step 1:Process Management
Calender process
The automatic celender machine can calend the rubber on 2 sides of the fabric in one time.It can reduce the strength loss of the rubber.
Forming process
The forming tension must be uniformity between different plies,it can avoid fabric be wrinkled,also it can make sure the thickness of the belt.
Step 2:Appearance quality inspection
We have a QC team to inspect the appearance of each conveyor belt roll,and we have to rework the belt if we find out any problem.
