V2 is an industrial vacuum cleaner that is cyclone plus HEPA filter efficient industrial vacuum cleaner, disposable garbage bag, and negative pressure dust removal. It will be better to connect a pre-separator to use when needed.

How to work with floor grinder
1. The boot
Before dry grinding starts, connect the vacuum cleaner, connect the vacuum tube to the machine, connect the safe grounding power supply, connect the corresponding power supply of the equipment, the power indicator light is on, stand on the side of the machine, turn the emergency stop switch on, press the start button, the machine starts working.
2. Turn off the machine When the grinding machine stops working, press the emergency stop switch and unplug the vacuum tube. Pull down the main power switch and pull out the power connector.
3. Dust removal during the grinding process Vacuum cleaner after using for a period of time, the suction will abate, this time to remove dust, pull the dust aspirant, pressure gauge to above 8 , form vacuum dust barrel, mesh contraction, then drives rocker, make the air in, the screen to relax, dust fall off, can repeat three to five times to clean up, at this time, the filter is clean, the machine operating, in order to get the best grinding dust collection effect.
