1.What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) of your products ?

For customized shoes with your own logo, usually our MOQ will be 300 pairs/ style/color.

For finished shoes in stock, MOQ is low and can mix style and color.

2.Can I get a sample first to check the quality ? How much does it charge ?

Yes, surely a sample can be sent to you to check the quality first.

There are two kinds of samples, 1) customized your logo sample, it cost high and takes longer time. 2) stock shoes in similar style of what you want, it cost little and deliver in 3-5 days.

All sample charge will be refunded when you place bulk order.

3.How long is the lead time for mass production ?

Normally it will take 30-45 days for new orders and 20-35 days for repeated orders after payment.

Quantity and Specification sometimes also affect the lead time.

4.What’s your payment terms ?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping is the normal way.

Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba trade assurance, L/C at sight also acceptable.
