A: Usually, base on your design drawings or extra request, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.
Q: How long is the lead-time for new laser welding machine?
A: Depending on your specific request, it usually takes 10 to 20 days to make new machine. If buy our standard mould repair laser welding machine, we can shipped out in days.
Q: When I got this machine, but I don’t know how to use it. What should I do?

A:Strong quality control system, each machine must pass 24-72hours vibration test before shipping. After sale service is very high cost, we must insure every machine quality before shipping.

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: For our standard machine model, 100% deposit by T/T in advance with PO, because we have in store, can ship out after payment received.
B:For unstandard machine model, 50% deposit by T/T in advance with PO, 50% balance payment before shipping;
