Feed section
◆ With nine pieces of 50mm width air sucking feeding belts. The metal plate of 10mm thickness can be adjusted horizontally for different width.
Rectify folding section
◆ Paper Correction: Equipped with auto- conection device to correct the obliquity and ensure the correct feeding.
◆ Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness.
Main drive
◆Standard lower glue pos. each left and right side.
◆Optional electronic gluing system.
Folding section
◆The right aide and the left side fold the second folding line into 180º and the fourth folding line into 180º separately.
Trombone section
◆Box jam up detector/ Batch counter as standard.
◆Pneumatic stopper at conveyor section to prevent glued box from fish tailing.
