1. can you send samples?
Answer: samples are free, and the freight is charged.
2. Q: Can I make a sample according to the artwork?
Answer: To make digital samples or use large machines to make samples, please consult customer service for details.
3. Q: What is the delivery date?
Answer: the normal delivery time is 10-15 days for about 10000 quantity, and 15-20 days for about 100000 quantity. Please consult
customer service for large quantity.
4. Q: How do we get the quotation?
Answer: Please tell us the model of the product, the printing process (color printing or silk printing), the thickness of the
material and the quantity of the product, we will reply you in time.
5. Q: What are the payment methods?
Answer: T/T, L/C at sight etc.
6. Q: How long will the urgent order be delivered?
Answer: We will send out the unprinted stock if it is in stock
Need to print 1 or 2 colors, 5-7 days delivery
For color printing, delivery within 7-10 days
7. Q: What should I do if the courier is lost or damaged?
Answer: If you do not receive your package in time, please feel free to contact us, we will track the package for you.
If you receive it, but it is broken, part or all of the product is damaged or missing, please take a photo and refuse to sign,
then please send the photo to us,
We will contact the express claim and remanufacture the product for you for free, if you still need it.
