2.Why you charge for customized sample?
Dear customer, every customized watch will cost the material labor, so we charge for sample normally. If you are satisfy with the sample and place back order, we could return the sample cost fee to you as a discount at your second order.
3.When can I receive my goods?
DHL: this shipping way is more stable and faster, estimated arrival time is 3-5 business days, shipping cost covered by customer. Free shipping options: 1)Singapore Post: 30~60 days to every country. 2)E-Packet: 15-35 days, only apply to the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia.
4.What is your lead time?
