Product Description
MCH ceramic heating sheet is laminated and vacuum treated, and then the metal and ceramics are co-fired at a high temperature of about 1650℃, and then welded with lead wires. It becomes a heating element of medium and low temperature. This kind of heating element is another new product after alloy electric heating wire and PTC heating element
advantages:
1. Rapid temperature rise, 10 seconds up to the rated 100℃~230℃; 30 seconds up to 500℃~700℃.
2. High thermal efficiency, energy saving, no pollution, in line with environmental requirements.
3. Uniform heat, no open fire, safe to use.
4. The heater is in the vacuum state, and the heater is resistant to acid, alkali and harmful gases.
5. Long service life and small power attenuation.
Product composition:
1. Substrate: the content is not less than 95% white Al2O3 ceramics
2. Lead: 0.5mm nickel wire or nickel copper wire
3. Casing: Teflon
4. Heating material: tungsten
