1. Delivery period: about 90 days after receiving the buyer's deposit (except holidays).
2. Terms of payment: when signing the contract, the buyer pays a deposit of 30% yuan before the production can be arranged.
After the completion of the production, the buyer shall check and accept the equipment to the seller.
3. Warranty period of the equipment: within 12 months from the date of delivery of the machine, if the machine breaks down and
the fault is caused by the quality of the machine, the seller shall be responsible for repair (electric appliances and cutting
tools are not included);If the cause of the failure is due to the improper operation of the Buyer's workers or the failure of
proper maintenance, the costs incurred shall be borne by the Buyer.
4. After the goods arrive at the Buyer's factory, the transfer costs incurred in the process of hoisting and installation shall
be borne by the Buyer.
5. Ground engineering, power supply, electrical switch, distribution panel, wiring to the motor and control operating box of the
machine, and ink and paper for test run shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
