Fused quartz bowls,melting dish
Selecting fused quartz as the main raw material, processed by modern ceramic technology, mainly used for the melting
of gold,platinum, dental alloys, and other high-temperature alloys.
SiO2:>99.0%,
Content of impurities (K2O, Na2O, Fe2O3) < 0.10%,
High strength
Compressive strength at room temperature ≥70MPa,
Withstand high temperature of 2800C and limit of 3000C.
Features: high temperature resistance, room temperature pressure resistance, strong thermal shock resistance,

Note:
Fused Quartz Bowl is easy to absorb moisture during transportation. Dry it with low temperature before use. In order to prolong its service life, please preheat a large area before heating at high temperature and gradually increase the temperature. Then sprinkle some borax on the bottom of the bowl and overfire. After the borax is melted, a layer of thin film crystals will be formed on the bottom of the bowl to prevent the gold and silver from sticking to the bottom of the bowl after melting.
Application: dedicated refractory bowls such as leather tiger wind balls, gold melting machines.
Note:
