A1: We are factory, We have 28 years of experience in BBQ TOOLS SET & KITCHENWARE production. Most of products are exported to Europe and U.S market.
Our main products are bbq tongs ,bbq forks ,bbq skewers ,bbq spatulas,bbq mat,bbq knifes,bbq brush, bbq wok, bbq net……
The packing method can be according to the requirements of the customers , there are tie CARDS, color boxes, hangtags, aluminum boxes, plastic boxes, wooden boxes, bamboo boxes……
Q2 Can your products pass the CE/ROHS certificate?
A2: Yes, our products meet the industrial standards, like CE/ROHS/CCC.
Q3: Accept Sample order? What is your minimum order quantity
A3: The trial order or sample order is accepted,but the same cost as bulk.
Q4: 1 would like to ask you if it's possible have my logo on the product or on the package?
A4: Yes. ODM is acceptable. We can brand you logo both on product & on package according to your requirement. But, we also hope you know we will charge you some extra tooling cost for this extra service
Q5: Do you give any discount?
A5 I'll surely try my best to help you get those by the best price and good service at the same
Q6: What's the delivery time for your products?
A6: Well, it depends on the quantity of your orders and the design of the products. Normaly it will takes us 45 days to finish it
Q7: What is the payment terms?
A7: We accept various payment methods. And our mainly payment term is as follows
1. 30% deposit by T/T in advance. Balance paid before loading or against B/L copy.
2. By irrevocable L/C at sight
