- Normal production time is 8-15days, and can be shorten the production time into 4-5days if request.

- Yes , we accept size customized and Logo customized.

- Our warranty is 16 months, we will provide you the free electric parts within warranty period.

Q4. Does the electric parts can be maintained when it broken?

- Yes, you just need to open the repair door and replace the broken parts.

Q5. How to release the water out from the bottom when change water?

- You just need to move down the water pipe from water pump.

Q6. How long the tempered glass waterfall need to change water?

- You just need to change the water every 6 month if you use distilled water.

Q7. How to effectively prevent algae?

- Try to avoid the glass water wall under the sunshine.

- Fill with some vinegar into the water.

Q8. Does the lighting color is automatically changing?
