1. When the drip tape is used under the film, the surface water evaporates due to sunlight, and condenses into small water droplets in the film. These small water droplets form a lens. At an appropriate distance, the sunlight rays are focused by the water lens to form a glowing light. Point, this spot will burn the wall of the drip irrigation or burn out a small hole. To prevent such problems, the following precautions should be taken when using:
*Use dark mulch film, it is best to use black mulch film. If transparent film is used, drip irrigation should be buried or a thin soil layer should be covered on the mulch film to prevent strong light from penetrating the mulch film;
* Try to keep the ground level, and apply proper amount of pre-emergence herbicide in the soil before planting to prevent weed growth or soil block lifting the soil film, causing water vapor to accumulate water in the film to form small water drops;
2. When the insects are found to grow, the appropriate amount of insecticide should be sprayed to kill the insects in time to prevent the crop drip irrigation tape from being bitten and damaged.
3. When using mechanically laid drip irrigation tapes, it is necessary to prevent possible damage (breakage) caused by mechanical equipment and pull the drip irrigation tape.
4. When laying the drip irrigation tape, the side with the dripper should be facing upwards, and the force should be evenly distributed when pulling it, keeping the drip irrigation tape naturally straight.
5. It is not allowed to use the road through the field tillage operation, and it is forbidden for the machinery and livestock to crush and trample the drip irrigation tape.
6. The irrigation water entering the drip zone must be treated with a filtration system greater than 100 mesh.
