Magnesium Sulfate MgO Board

Chloride-free MgO Board is also named as Magnesium Sulfate MgO Board, is a kind of new fireproof board which widely be used in construction and decoration. It is a new type non-flammable material made of lightweight materials.

Our HPL/Melamine paper laminated board is used high quality Yurui sanding magnesium oxide board as substrate material, and compounded with high quality melamine paper or HPL sheet on the surface. It have both the advantages of MgO board and melamine
paper/HPL sheet, it is fireproof, waterproof, clean and easy to install. It is an innovative decorative and building material.

Different type MgO board for choice

Sanding board

Sanding MgO Board. This is a premium quality MgO board, it has a very smooth surface and sanded backside. Because the production process is difference from the common MgO board, the price is higher than the common MgO board. Its backside has been sanded, so the thickness tolerance is very small. Many customers use this for deep process, such as combine with decorative paper into a new material.

Profile flooring board

The easy installation floor mgo board is a new product developed by our egineer . This kind of floor board meets the requirements for fire resistance and easy installation.

It is currently very popular with European and American customers.

Floor MgO board

This kind MgO board is specially designed for the projects need high strength performance. For examples, floorings. To this board,we use over 6 layers high strength fiberglass mesh. Also, we chose a very nice glue coated fiberglass mesh. This mesh is much
longer working life and stronger than the common mesh.The bending strength of this board could reach 20MPa of 18mm.

Laminated MgO board

Now in our factory, we could provide the HPL laminated MgO board and melamine paper laminated MgO board.

This board combines the HPL/melamine paper on the Sanding MgO board. So, it has both the advantaged of the HPL/Melamine and the MgO board. Fireproof, high strength, waterproof and easy to clean.

Standard board

Common MgO Board. This is the standard MgO board, it has a smooth surface and rough backside. It is widely used in decoration and construction. Because of its nice fireproof performance and much stronger than the gypsum board, it is very popular for replacing the gypsum board.
