Q3: Can you accept customized jewelry? A3: Yes, we can product jewelry according to your requirements, also can add your brand or logo on jewelry.
Q4: What is the process for customizing jewelry? * Send your inquiry to us * Show us your favorite style or pictures, so that we can know and quote to you * Pay 50% deposit and we will start designing and making * After finished, we will show you pictures and videos, then you can pay the rest, and we ship via DHL for free shipping
Q5: How long is your delivery time? A: Generally 2-5 days(the stock items) once get your payment. If for customization, 15-25 days.
Q6: What is your terms of payment? A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, MoneyGram, Cash. For OEM/ODM order 40% deposit + 60% balance paid before shipment. (The customer will be responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country)

Packing & Delivery
CAREFUL PACKING
The tool/machine will be packed firstly with bubble / sponge, then with carton box, at the end will put in wooden case, or also can be packed according to customer's requirement. We will make sure that all the package will be delivered to you in good condition.
