AHT21B is an integrated temperature and humidity sensor module developed based on AHT21. The product is equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor element and a standard on-chip temperature sensor element. The PCB board uses Immersion gold technology prolongs the service life of the product; output calibrated digital signal, standard I2C format, with the characteristics of calibration-free, fast response, strong anti-interference ability, high precision, high quality, high stability, etc.
