WEIHAI BORUI CHEMICAL MACHINERY CO., LTD. is a professional manufacturer of high-pressure reactor and other chemical equipment in China, the company's leading products are various kind of reactors like magneticallydriven high-pressure reactors, stainless steel reactors, non-ferrous metals reactors, and mechanically sealed reactors, we alsocan produce heat exchangers, towers, storage tanks, the materials of the reactors could be stainless steel, carbon steel, variouskind of alloy steel like Titanium, Nickel, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel and other special materials …etc.
The company has plant area of 10,000m2, building area of 5,500m2, including two riveting workshops, one machining workshop, and two 2000m2 open-air material warehouses. There is a 60-square-meter non-destructive testing flaw detection room, and a 40-square-meter welding material level 1 and level 2 ware houses.
The company has more than 50 various riveting and machining equipment, the maximum lifting capacity is 50T, the rolling capacity is 70mm, including 2 automatic welding machines, 1 set of tube plate automatic welding machine, 2.5M vertical lathe, 2 sets of mechanical polishing machine, 1 set of material detection spectrometer, 4sets of non-destructive testing equipment, 3 sets of 35MPa pressure testing machine, 1 set of 35MPa airtight testing machine.
